BACKGROUND

The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned non-profit entity. FS-ISAC provides vital information to the financial services sector to assist financial firms in protecting their critical infrastructure assets and confidential information.

  

POSITION SUMMARY

The Member Services Coordinator serves as one of the main points of contact for FS-ISAC members and is responsible for ensuring members get connected to their benefits. The Member Services Coordinator will work with members daily via our service desk and must become an expert on services and internal processes. This role is also charged with overseeing data input and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM and other member data sources. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish.

  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Serves as the point of contact for existing members for general inquiries.
  • Ensures members receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicates member needs and demands to FS-ISAC, including escalation as appropriate
  • Handles Member Services Cases queue
  • Assist multiple teams with Spanish translation of products and services, including some member facing presentations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the association environment is highly desired
  • Experience in Salesforce, Office 365, SharePoint, virtual meetings platform

 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Proficiency in Portuguese desired
