The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned non-profit entity. FS-ISAC provides vital information to the financial services sector to assist financial firms in protecting their critical infrastructure assets and confidential information.
The Member Services Coordinator serves as one of the main points of contact for FS-ISAC members and is responsible for ensuring members get connected to their benefits. The Member Services Coordinator will work with members daily via our service desk and must become an expert on services and internal processes. This role is also charged with overseeing data input and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM and other member data sources. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish.

This position is located in Reston, VA.
