BACKGROUND

The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned 501(c)(6), not-for-profit entity. FS-ISAC serves as an intelligence organization leading the financial services sector efforts to protect against and mitigate cyber threats and incidents against member financial firms.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

As Director of FinTech & Payments, you are the primary customer facing role responsible for customer success through the management of program deliveries and strong customer relationships. The prevailing business priority is the customers’ successful adoption and productive use of FS-ISAC membership. You are front and center with our payments, FinTech, cloud service provider (CSP), Digital Ledger Technology (DLT) and non-standard financial institution members and customers, supporting their journey and empowering them to achieve more via our offerings. You will be considered the Subject Matter Expert and aid in the creation of content for exercises, events, and reports specifically tailored for payment companies, FinTechs, non-standard FI’s and CSPs.


Key Accountabilities Include

  • Fulfill contract obligations by driving planning and delivery of FS-ISAC services to realize customer business outcomes and overall experience with FS-ISAC membership.
  • Collaborate with FS-ISAC leaders to share and provide consistent solutions across all FS-ISAC business lines, including customer engagement and programs.
  • Identify pain points and create solutions to drive customer value realization.
  • Orchestration, customer sponsor management, and stakeholder communication of prioritized engagements and programs.
  • Track, escalate, and plan for the remediation of technical blockers and provide feedback to further our product and solutions as appropriate.
  • Collect and compile member feedback, research and develop value-added content for exercises and events applicable to payment companies, FinTech, non-standard FI’s and CSP’s
  • Design strategic reporting capabilities reporting the overall health of the payments and FinTech membership
  • Assess the effectiveness of products and services and validate them against the expected outcome.
  • Recruit new members through outreach.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ experience working in cybersecurity with or for payment companies, FinTechs, and/or cloud service providers.
  • 5+ years in client service relationship management or tech client servicing experience
  • Experience with cryptocurrency concepts, including global Central Bank Digital Currency efforts, and working with related firms
  • Exceptional consultative client service skills with proven track record of enhancing relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to work independently and make business decisions that align with the firms core principles and values
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to demonstrate confidence and executive presence in external and internal business interactions
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes
  • Ability to interface with all members including their cybersecurity staff
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external senior management members

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
